Behaviour Questionnaire
A questionnaire will be sent in advance of the first consultation in order to obtain relevant background information. It will also be used to plan a future assessment and consultation.
2 Hour Zoom Consultation
Once you have returned the questionnaire you will be sent an invitation to a 2 hour Zoom consultation in order to discuss the issues you are experiencing.
FREE 30 Minute Zoom Consultation
Once you have returned the questionnaire you will be sent an invitation to a FREE 30 minute Zoom consultation in order to discuss your case and how to proceed.
Written Summary
After your Online Consultation you will receive a written summary and an outline behaviour plan.
Vet Referral & Medical History
We will request a Vet referral and copy of your dogs medical history from your vet. We will also liaise with your vet moving forward with your behaviour plan.
30 Minute Follow Up
30 minute follow-up in order to support you with the behaviour modification plan. To be taken within 1 month of the first consultation.
