Questionnaire
A questionnaire will be sent in advance of the first consultation in order to obtain relevant background information. It will also be used to plan a future assessment and consultation.
FREE 30 Minute Zoom Consultation
Once you have returned the questionnaire you will be sent an invitation to a FREE 30 minute Zoom consultation in order to discuss your case and how to proceed.
Vet Referral & Medical History
We will request a Vet referral and copy of your dogs medical history from your vet. We will also liaise with your vet moving forward with your behaviour plan.
3 Hour In Person Consultation
Your initial consultation will be for 3 hours in order to fully cover the issues your are experiencing with your dog(s). It is vital for the most serious and complex cases to have the most detailed investigation.
Written
Report
An extensive written summary of the issues and behaviours with a Behaviour Modification Plan with steps to be taken to tackle the problem. A copy will be sent to your Vet. Also included are links to videos, websites and other useful resources relevant for you.
5 x 1 Hour Follow-Up Appointments - In Person
There are 5 In Person follow-up appointments in order to support you fully with the Behaviour Modification Plan set out in your report.
To be taken within 7 months of the first consultation.
5 x 1 Hour Follow-Up Online
5 Online follow-ups in order to support you with the behaviour modification plan. To be taken within 7 months of the first consultation.
Email Support
You will be able to send and receive updates regarding your dog's progress via email for a 9 months.
WhatsApp Support
You will receive continued support via WhatsApp for 9 months following your first consultation.
