Cancellation Policy
Cancellation Policy We understand that plans can change. To ensure smooth operations and fairness to all clients, we kindly ask that you review our cancellation policy outlined below: 1. Notice Period Any booking may be cancelled within a 14-day cooling off period and receive a full refund. The 14-day period begins once a booking confirmation email has been sent by Beech Behaviour Centre. 2. Cancellation Fees Cancellations made after the 14-day cooling off period are subject to a cancellation fee. • Cancellations made more than a week before the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £100 cancellation fee. • Cancellations made within a week prior to the initial consultation appointment (and after the cooling off period) will be charged £200 cancellation fee. 3. How to Cancel Cancellations must be made via: Phone or email. During business hours: 9.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday. Cancellations outside these hours will be taken from the next working day. 4. Refunds If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. Any cancellation fee will be deducted from the deposit before refunding the balance. 5. Rescheduling You may reschedule your appointment without penalty if notice is provided within the required timeframe. 6. Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if extenuating circumstances arise. Exceptions may be made at our discretion. 7. Termination of a Package Partial refunds will NOT be given once a package has started if the client does not wish to continue. 8. Follow-On Appointments Whilst every effort is made to schedule follow-on appointments within the allotted time period of the package, the onus is on the client to ensure they are available to attend follow-ons.
